We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service:

• Search queries — city, state, or ZIP code you enter. We do not log these to your identity; they are used only to return results.
• Account information (optional) — if you create an account, we store your email address and notification preferences. We do not store passwords in plain text; they are hashed using industry-standard methods.
• Favorites and applied status — saved locally in your browser (localStorage) unless you are signed in, in which case they are stored on our servers solely to sync your preferences.
• Usage analytics — anonymized page view data (pages visited, general location by country/state, device type) to help us improve the tool. No personally identifiable information is included.

• Your income, household size, or financial information
• Your Social Security Number or government ID
• Your immigration or citizenship status
• Precise GPS location (we only use the city/ZIP you type)
